PAYMENT

The reservation is paid instantly by credit card on our website.

To make the payment, they will leave our web page entering the secure page of our bank, making the payment through a secure line. It will be here and only here, where you must enter your credit card details.

Once the payment has been made, you will receive the booking confirmation by e-mail.

CANCELLATION POLICY

In the event that the customer would like to cancel his reservation, he should send an email to the following address: info@enjoyflamenco.com, indicating the reservation number.

    The amount will be refunded according to the following rules:
  • If the reservation is canceled more than 24 hours in advance of the date of the event, 90% of the payment will be refunded
  • If the reservation is canceled less than 24 hours before the date of the event will be charged 100% of the payment made.
It is considered the date of the event, the day for which the tickets have been reserved.
